Ohlund is a big body to run into

Here's Ohlund hit on Henrik Zetterberg from December 17, 2009.

Well, for the sake of the Olympics, I hope Zetterberg's shoulder will be ok. Apparently he's out for at least 2 weeks due to the resulting should separation. I wish I had tickets to go watch the Swedish mens hockey team play.

Pub appearance for Ohlund and Walker

I guess the Lightning have a lot of public appearances for the players, which is no different than here, although the venues and public reaction is. In Vancouver, Mattias would be mobbed by hundreds of fans wanting an autograph and photos. In Tampa, maybe a 100 would show to have a drink with him. Haha! The TB vibe sounds good to me!
Look at how chill Ohlie is while answering questions. He looks happy and less stressed. Good for you Mattias! We miss you here.

Wow, having all of those microphones in your face seems quite claustrophobic..

The injuries are now as follows: Bieksa - wrist (from fighting last night), Miller - shoulder (hit from last night), Ohlund - knee, Kesler - foot (shot block last night), Salo - flu. Salo will play tomorrow, while Bieksa and Kesler (who both went for x-rays) are still "status - unknown" for tomorrow. Ohlund and Miller are definitely out for tomorrow and are on the indefinite list.

Oooo, nice to get a 4-1 win.. over Detroit no less. Anyway, Salo is joining Mitchell on the day to day injured list. He didn't play in the third period but it looked like it was ok anyway. We won.
